Jemson Cabinetry creates new management position

The GM will report directly to Mr. Palm and is responsible for all production, sales, will lead the organization, manage all subcontractor interface, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. 

“We spent nearly a year looking for the right candidate to fill this role,” Palm said. “We wanted someone with the perfect blend of industry experience and high-energy. After an exhaustive search, we selected Jason Rutter who started in mid-November. With more than 10 years of sales and sales management experience in a variety of markets, including the granite and quartz countertop industry, I’m confident he has necessary credentials and enthusiasm to successfully transition Jemson Cabinetry to the next stage of our evolution.”

Mr. Rutter was born and raised in Ephrata, graduating in 2000 from Brownstown Career & Technology Center with a degree in Construction Technology. In 2020, he completed a Business Management degree at Harrisburg Community College (HACC), and is pursuing another in Management Information Systems & Business Analytics at Colorado State University Global. Jason, along with his wife Abby and their three children live in Ephrata, where they enjoy fishing, boating, and hiking together.
